Township Annual Budget Hearing – Monday, Nov. 10th @ 7PM

budget-chartsThe Bridgeton Township Supervisors will be holding their annual budget meeting this Monday, Nov. 10th at 7pm at the Township Building.

This is a working meeting to discuss priorities and determine areas of needed information for the 2026 budget. There will be no vote on the budget at this meeting. The budget will be reviewed, discussed and voted on at the  December Supervisor’s meeting.

Tonight’s meeting is an open, public meeting. Residents are welcome to attend. The meeting will be held in the Municipal Building conference room.

Supervisor’s September 2025 Meeting Recap

Here’s a quick rundown of the September Supervisor’s Meeting:


A moment of silence was held in memory of Terry Kuntz, who died suddenly last week. Terry had been a vibrant member of the township government as Emergency Management Coordinator and as Bridgeton’s liaison to the Upper Bucks Regional Emergency Medical Services (UBREMS) and as a volunteer trail-building at the Bridgeton Nature Preserve.

Terry was given an Outstanding Service Award, which had been approved prior to his death.

Short-Term Rental Ordinance

The Short Term Rental Ordinance passed at the August Supervisor’s meeting is in the implementation phase. The Supervisors are in the process of creating an Application Form for a Short Term Rental Permit.

Parks & Recreation

  • Construction has begun on the stone base for the new sign for the park
  • Trail building At the Bridgeton Nature Preserve, under the leadership of the Appalachian Mountain Club will resume this fall after a summer hiatus. Trail work days will be Sept. 20, Sept 27, October 4, October 11
    Volunteers needed! A great way to meet new folks and get a nice workout in the forest! Who needs a gym.

    EMS
  • The acquisition of Upper Bucks Regional Emergency Medical Service by the St. Luke’s Emergency & Transport Services is still working through the township approval phase. The Supervisor’s have received a proposed contract and are in the process of reviewing it and proposing suggested changes.

The next Supervisor’s Meeting will be Wednesday, October 8th.
