“A Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Bridgeton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Designating Gard Holby, Supervisor, Chair and Sheryl Patterson, Secretary/Treasurer as the Officials to Execute All Documents and Agreements Between Bridgeton Township and the Commonwealth Financing Authority to Facilitate and Assist in Obtaining the Requesting Grant” has been approved and the LSA grant has been filed.

1. Motion to approve the Red Cross Agreement designating the emergency use of the Bridgeton Township Municipal Building.

2.  Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2024-6,
“A Resolution Increasing Tax Collector Percentage from 4.5% to 5%.”

“A Resolution for the Allocation of the ARPA Funds”

“ A Resolution for Raising Supervisor Pay to $ 200 Per Month.

  12. The Township participated in the Bucks County Consortium’s salt bid. Bids were opened on 08/14/2024. There were (4) participants that submitted bid proposals: Morton Salt, Inc. $60.95/ton; Riverside Construction $63.00/ton; Eastern Salt $ 89.90/ton & American Rock Salt $98.000/ton. All bid proposals are for “delivered price per ton.” After review of all bid proposals, it is recommended to award the 2024-2025 Rock Salt Bid to Morton Salt, Inc. It is estimated that the Township will require 150 tons for a total of $ 9,142.50. *In 2023-2024 we paid $66.00/ton based on 150 tons.
