Bridgeton Township Ordinances Now Online!

Bridgeton ToTitle Page from ZONING ORDINANCE BRIDGETON TOWNSHIP BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA June 1999wnship ordinances are now available as PDFs for public access on the township website.

Working with FILE-X Document Imaging Services, the old paper copies were scanned with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to make the entire text of every page searchable by word. An index was built, equivalent to a Table of Contents, with hyperlinks to allow easy navigation and quick retrieval of specific items. These features are not available for online viewing. The documents need to be downloaded in order to access these features.

Future ordinances will be created electronically, with paper copies as a redundant record.
