As of 10 PM Bridgeton Hill was impassable with major debris and floodwaters. Lodi Hill is impassable too, with the same conditions. Downed trees north on River Road block access to Center Hill Road. Tinicum Police have reportedly closed River Road between Dark Hollow and Cafferty due to downed trees and wires.
