On behalf of the entire Upper Black Eddy community, we sincerely thank all of the the Upper Black Eddy Fire Department and all the emergency teams that worked so hard during Tropical Storm Ida.  With rainfall totals ranging from 5 to 8 inches, this storm broke daily all-time records and your dedication helped to reduce loss of life and damage.  Thanks also to all those individuals who stepped up to assist their neighbors and friends.  This spirit is what makes our Township a wonderful place to live.
