PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest that the Bridgeton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Township Building located at 1370 Bridgeton Hill Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

This Hearing is scheduled to consider the application of John and Shelli Schaninger concerning a property that is located at 1749 Narrows Hill Road and identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 03-001-007.

The Applicant is requesting a Variance from Section 403.D.16.e. of the Bridgeton Township Zoning Ordinance to allow for construction of an inground swimming pool and associated decking within 25 feet of a lot line. The Applicant is seeking to install the pool and decking 15 feet from a side property line.

Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and/or may view the application and any plans relating thereto at the Bridgeton Township Building located at 1370 Bridgeton Hill Road.
