The New York City Department of Environmental Protection website shows that the main reservoirs attached to the Delaware River have significant voids in advance of what is expected to be a significant rain event with the approach of Hurricane Joaquin.
The Canonsville Reservoir is at 55.6% of capacity, the Pepacton at 74.9% and the Neversink is at 76.1% as of Sept. 30.
