Delaware Riverkeeper – PennEast Pipeline Online Petition

The Delaware Riverkeeper Network has created an online petition to ask that the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) hold separate meetings concerning the PennEast pipeline, not joint meetings, as now planned, with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), which has ultimate authority over the pipeline application.

Bridgeton Township has passed a resolution opposing the PennEast pipeline over concerns for the health and safety of our residents from upstream work on the Delaware River and potential impacts to water quality for recreational purposes and possible groundwater contamination.
