The flow of water in the newly repaired Delaware Canal was interrupted today as the pump at the Durham Lock was shut down in order to evaluate and repair the bypass pipe at The Narrows Lock 20. The time frame for the project, according to Park Superintendent Richard Dalton, is undetermined until a thorough evaluation of the pipe is completed.
