Bridgeton Roadmaster Rich Pursell, Jr attended the Community Safety Conference – Implementation of the Transportation Funding Plan hosted by State Sen. Bob Mensch and Les Taoaso, PennDOT District 6 Executive at the Lower Salford Township Building in Harleysville on June 11th.
The purpose of the session was to inform local officials of PennDOT’s investment plan for road and bridge repair and upgrade.
There was also an opportunity for local officials to ask questions and present concerns and feedback on the states plan and the needs of localities. A lively discussion took place concerning the pace of repairs of winter damage in the Upper Bucks region.
